The objectives of the Chamber
The Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gliwice is to represent the business interests of the associated entities, provide training courses, networking and promotion, and to propagate the business ethics, in particular by means of:
- supporting of up-to-date ways of doing business, taking account of economic dissemination and social interest of the region and the city,
- protection of memberships rights in relation to (workers) trade unions and state and local administration,
- encouraging the members to collaborate mutually,
- rendering the Chamber member assistance in solving of technical, economic, legal and organizational problems concerning their starting-up and carrying on the business,
- undertaking and developing the Chamber member collaboration with Polish and foreign companies,
- cooperation with the local authorities to ensure favourable business climate.
