The Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Warsaw presents its compliments to the Department of International Cooperation, in the Ministry of Infrastructure and has the honor to inform that, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy of the Republic of Albania (MEI) has announced the tender procedure for the construction of the Photovoltaic Park with a capacity of 100 MW, in the Spitallë area of Durrës District, Albania.

- Deadline for submission of bids: 1 February 2021, at 16.00hrs.
- Opening of the offer: 8 February 2021, at 12.00hrs.
- Bid validity period: Bids must be valid for 180 days from the deadline for submission of bids.

Enclosed, can be found the MEI notice, as well as the payment mandate to proceed further with the availability of the competitive procedure documents (English version).

Along with the payment mandate, interested parties must also submit the details of the company that will participate in the tender. The required data are as follows:

- Applicant entity (Company);
- NUIS/Registered No.;
- Name/Surname of the Administrator/Legal Representative;
- Email;
- Address;
- Mobile no;

​Note: If the payment and the obtaining of the documentation is not made by the legal representative of the Company that will participate in the tender procedure, it is necessary to present the relevant authorization of the representative of the company.
